My name is Alexandra but my friends call me Sasha. I’m a proud mother of two boys, currently based in Miami Beach, Florida. I was born in Ukraine, grew up in Israel and as a former model and passionate traveler I had the opportunity to explore and live in many places around the world.

My Yoga journey began in 2011 when I moved to New York City. I was looking for a way to keep myself fit. I kept searching for something I could practice anytime, anywhere and would fit with the busy urban lifestyle . A friend asked me to join to a yoga class and immediately I fell in love with the practice. I had the opportunity to practice yoga with many teachers and try different studios around the city. The more I practiced, I started to noticed how amazing it made me feel and at that point I knew I was hooked.

My move to the US also helped me to develop an awareness around nutrition and it effect on health. After being exposed to different foods from what I was used to in the Mediterranean and Europe, I noticed decrease in my energy levels, the apparent of my skin and my overall health. That was when I decided to study nutrition. In 2013, I got certified for Health and Wellness Coaching at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and I started to work with individuals towards making healthy life changes.

By then I practiced yoga religiously as my workout routine, which organically became my spiritual practice, my therapy and a place to calm my mind. Its magic opened the door to the world of infinity and endless possibilities . Over time I expanded my learnings to meditation, Reiki and breathe coaching. To date, I have completed 200 hours of yoga training in Miami Beach.

Since 2017 I’ve been working with groups and private clients. I aim to provide my yoga students with clear alignment instruction and comforting adjustments so that they can explore and experience their own mind-body- universe connection. I will support and encourage you to live from your centered place, developing strength and flexibility on the physical, emotional and mental levels.

I’m committed to keep expanding my personal learnings and practice in order better serve my clients.

My mission is bringing people closer to integrating their inner and outer worlds, moving their bodies and expanding consciousness.
